The different steps for laying an ocular prosthesis

Making contact, explanation of the profession and techniques, building trust.

Second appointment, impression taking.

Third appointment, trial of the prototype and painting of the iris.

Fourth appointment, placement of the prosthesis.

An appointment will be organized one month later for a first check.

Sixth appointment for a polishing of the prosthesis.

Prices

Prices are regulated and the equipment and procedures are covered by social security.

Patients benefit from 100% third-party payment.

My journey in brief

My name is Cyrille Ey, I was born in 1987 in Strasbourg.

I started my career in 2012 as an ocular prosthetist in a Strasbourg office with an excellent reputation.

In 2015, I graduated as an ocularist.

I worked in a large Parisian firm for 1 year, to open up to other technologies.

There are days you will never forget. There are encounters that mark us. Well, my adventure began on 10/21/21 when I met Mr EY for the first time during a consultation in METZ; a consultation that I honored without much conviction at the start because for me, it was going to end in another failure.

It has been 10 years since eye disease entered my life; 10 years of hardships, mockery of repeated surgeries, disabilities, ... in short, great difficulties quite simply. Today thanks to Cyrille EY and this meeting, I am alive again; I regained my self-esteem, my body image, I finally find myself beautiful, I regained self-confidence...... knowing that the disease is still present BUT finally it is no longer visible!! !
